Polls say anything is better than the leadership of GW Bush

In the year 2000, we saw a disaster for America in the Supreme Court's selection of GW Bush as President. . . and we were right.

ABC poll:
An unprecedented number of Americans: 79% say the next president should set the nation on a new course rather than following the direction in which Bush has been leading. (And two-thirds feel that way strongly).

CBS poll:
An unprecedented number of Americans: 75% think the country is off on the wrong track.

Here's the GW Bush resume

"I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community."

This part of his resume is false. Look at James K. Polk and Mexico and the dozens of unprovoked invasions of Latin American countries durin the early twentieth century.

Even my boy FDR did so many times.

During Polk's administration, Mexican forces had crossed the Rio Grande area and killed eleven American troops. This was the provocation Polk needed to go to war with Mexico that resulted in the US aquiring what is now California and Arizona. It is a bit absurd to compare that with what Bush has done, attacking a country several thousand miles away!
